Description
You are warmly invited to join the 12th annual Pole Symposium. NWO Polar Programme and APECS Netherlands are once again able to present a day full of state-of-the-art polar science, relevant results and networking opportunities. This year’s symposium is titled:
"Poles under Pressure"
The symposium programme will address the following themes:
Theme 1 | Geopolitical & Economic Pressures
Theme 2 | Ice & Climate under Pressure
Theme 3 | Ecosystem under Pressure
Registration is free. The registration form will come available online soon, when the full programme airs. Due to room capacity, symposium attendance is limited to 120 persons. The symposium will be held in English.
You are kindly invited to present a poster during the Symposium and can choose to register for this in the due registration form. The deadline for submitting an abstract for a poster is the 7th November. To APECS members: your posters will be featured in the APECS NL online gallery afterwards if you wish so.
