Description

The Regional Arctic Ocean Decade Planning Workshop is part of a global consultation process in preparation of the UN Ocean Decade where the focus is on the Arctic. It offers an opportunity to formulate, discuss and prioritize proposals for Arctic initiatives to be addressed during the Decade.

The workshop will be held on 29 April – 1 May, 2020 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The workshop is hosted by the Danish Center for Marine Research in collaboration with the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC).
