ECRA, BlueAction and the European Parliament Intergroup on "Climate Change, Biodiversity and Sustainable Development” brings would like to invite you to this science-policy event on 14 October, with MEPs Paet and Schaldemose, Sigi Gruber, Lars H. Smedsrud representing ECRA, Steffen Olsen (BlueAction), and numerous experts from the Arctic region.

The objectives of the event are
- To brief members of the Intergroup and other relevant policymakers of the current state of research on the connection between Arctic climate change and the impacts on weather and climate across Europe, and highlight the relevance to current policy areas.
- To facilitate discussion on the need and direction for future research in the area of climate services and decision support.
