Arctic PASSION (Pan-Arctic observing System of Systems: Implementing Observations for societal Needs) is an EU-funded Horizon2020 project with key motivation of co-creation and implementation of a coherent, integrated Arctic observing system: the ‘Pan-Arctic Observing System of Systems - pan-AOSS’.

All members of the Arctic PASSION project meet once a year in a General Assembly to discuss progress. This year’s General Assembly takes place in Baveno, Italy (locally hosted by the project partners, JRC). The EPB is a beneficiary in 3 work packages (WP6, WP7, WP8) of Arctic PASSION, and P Elshout and R Badhe participated in the meeting, and provided updates on the work on behalf of the EPB Secretariat.
