The Plenary of the European Polar Board (EPB) meets biannually to be updated about EPB activities. After a period of online meetings (due to pandemic), the Representatives and Alternate Representatives of the EPB gathered in-person in Luxembourg on 22 – 23 November 2022, hosted by polar.lu (Luxembourg’s Polar Programme).
The EPB’s Plenary was honoured by the visit of Claude Meisch, Luxembourg's Minister of Education, Youth and Children & Minister of Science and Higher Education, who met the EPB Plenary for an informal talk. Furthermore, the EPB Plenary was welcomed at The National Museum of History and Art of Luxembourg by its director.
