On behalf of the European Commission, the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) is developing a Climate Data Store which will make climate information freely available to users. A key feature in the process of developing the Climate Data Store, is the desire to incorporate user needs, which will help inform and shape its design.
As part of the C3S project Data Evaluation for Climate Models (DECM), the DECM team is conducting an EU-wide online survey to capture needs and requirements for climate model data, and derived products (e.g. written reports, tables or figures).
This online survey represents the chance to contribute to the development of the Climate Data Store, to help ensure it delivers on needs. The survey can be accessed here: https://www.esurveycreator.com/s/DECM and should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
The survey will be open until 30 June 2017. All information supplied will be analysed anonymously, and treated confidentially.
Should you have any questions in relation to the survey, please contact Miriam Brune, Juliane Otto and Elisabeth Victor at DECM@hzg.de.
