The ESA's Living Planet Symposium will take place on 23-27 June 2025 in Vienna, Austria. Held every three years, this premier Earth observation conference continues to expand in both size and scope. With the climate crisis intensifying, this event emphasises transitioning from ‘observation to climate action and sustainability for Earth’.
The Call for Peer Reviewed Sessions is open until 23 August 2024.
These Peer-reviewed sessions are traditional sessions where speakers are asked to submit an abstract to be reviewed. They must stimulate competitive submission of abstracts by the scientific community and be attractive for a large number of prospective attendees. The submitted sessions should complement existing sessions proposed via an ESA internal call (https://lps25.esa.int/sessions/), which have been designed as a non-exhaustive starting point for the programme. We seek input from the ESA Polar Science community to ensure all topics are covered with a range of exciting science sessions.
The deadline for proposal submission is 23 August 2024, with acceptance of proposed sessions expected in the second half of September.
