During the EPB plenary meeting on 6-7 April 2014 in Helsinki, EPB members decided to relocate their secretariat to the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) headquarters from 1 January 2015 and to initiate the recruitment procedure of the new Executive Secretary.

 The EPB Secretariat is currently hosted at the European Science Foundation in Strasbourg, France.
